Inside the template · 13 questions

What information do you need for a cleaning quote?

A two-bedroom apartment on a recurring schedule is a different job from a move-out clean. Ask for the city and ZIP code, property type, approximate size, bedrooms, bathrooms and the service the customer needs.

Recurring customers see a frequency question. Move-out customers are asked whether the property will be empty. Both follow-ups are already wired into this template, while a one-time deep clean skips them.

Photos and a preferred date are optional. Review the answers before preparing your own estimate; this form does not calculate a price.

Edit the wording, add or remove questions, and change the look in the editor.

Enough context to discuss the job

Send one link when someone asks for a price on Facebook, by text or by email. The customer can describe the property without another call just to establish the basics.

Use the brief to check your service area, ask any necessary follow-up questions and prepare a quote in your existing process. You still decide the price and confirm the appointment.

Is this a cleaning estimate template or a quote request form?

It is a customer-facing quote request form. It gathers the property and service details you need before pricing a job. It does not produce a priced estimate, an invoice or a printable quote document.

Can I use it for recurring and move-out cleaning?

Yes. Recurring cleaning shows a required frequency question; move-out cleaning shows a required question about whether the property will be empty. A one-time deep clean skips both follow-ups. Edit the choices and logic to match your services.

Can customers attach photos?

Yes. The template includes an optional file upload question. Create an account to use uploads; files count toward your plan’s storage allowance. You can remove the question if photos are not useful for your quoting process.

Is this cleaning quote form template free?

Yes. You can edit the template without an account. A free trulyform account lets you publish it and collect responses within the Free plan’s monthly allowance and storage limits.

Does the form calculate cleaning prices or book appointments?

No. This template collects information for you to review. It does not generate a cleaning price, take payment or manage your cleaning schedule. The thank-you screen says that an appointment is not confirmed.

What should I avoid collecting in a cleaning inquiry?

Ask only for the details you need to assess the job. A city and ZIP code can establish the service area before you need a full address. Do not request door codes, keys or payment details in this form, and ask customers to keep personal documents out of photos.

Will I get a notification for a completed request?

The organization owner gets an email after the first completed response. Later completions are grouped into summaries, sent at most once an hour. Completed requests stay in your response inbox and can be exported as CSV.
