Every upload,
filed in Google Drive.
Copy the files respondents upload to a Google Drive folder the moment their response is completed, named so you always know which response they came from.
Included on Free, Pro, and Business.
A response is completed
A brief, a photo, a signed PDF.
Stored privately in trulyform.
The files are in Drive
Named by response,
in the folder you chose.
THREE STEPS. ONE FOLDER.
Files where your team already looks.
- 1
Connect Google
Connect your Google account once on the Integrations page. trulyform only opens folders it creates or that you pick.
- 2
Choose a folder
Let trulyform create a folder for the form, or pick an existing one with Google’s file picker.
- 3
Collect files
Each completed response copies its uploads to the folder. Your originals stay private in trulyform.
Organized, private and complete.
Named by response
Each copy starts with a short response code and carries the response ID, so files with the same name never get mixed up.
Never copied twice
trulyform checks the folder before copying, so a retried delivery does not create duplicates.
Honest about partial copies
If one file cannot be copied, you see exactly which one and why, instead of a misleading success.
A little more detail.
What can trulyform see in my Google Drive?
Only the folder trulyform creates for you or the one you pick in Google’s file picker, and the files it copies there. It cannot browse the rest of your Drive.
Are the files in trulyform made public?
No. trulyform copies each file from its private storage straight into your folder. Nothing is shared publicly along the way.
Which files are copied?
Files from completed responses, for every file question or only the ones you choose. Deleting a response later does not delete the copies in Drive.
