What can trulyform change in HubSpot?
Contacts only: it reads and updates contact records and lists contact properties so you can map them. It does not touch deals, companies or anything else.
What if a choice is not a HubSpot option?
Choice answers are matched to the dropdown property’s options by label. If a choice has no matching option, the delivery fails with the exact option to add, and you can retry once it exists.
Does deleting a response remove the contact?
No. trulyform never deletes or rolls back HubSpot data. Deleting a response in trulyform leaves your CRM as it is.
