What can trulyform see in my Google Drive?
Only the spreadsheets trulyform creates for you and the ones you pick in Google’s own file picker. It cannot browse, read or change anything else in your Drive. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page or from your Google account settings.
What goes in each row?
A Response ID column, the submission time in UTC, and one column for each question and calculated value you choose. Choices are separated by commas, files appear as their names with a link that opens them for signed-in members of your organization, and answers are always written as plain values, so text that looks like a formula is never run.
What happens when I add a question to my form?
Existing columns keep working. trulyform shows the new question on the form’s Integrations tab, and one click adds its column to the sheet.
Can I send responses I collected before connecting?
Yes. When you set up the integration you can include the form’s existing completed responses. They are added oldest first, at a pace Google allows, and a response is never added twice.
Does it update rows when a response changes or is deleted?
No. Each completed response adds one row, and trulyform never edits or deletes rows already in your spreadsheet. Deleting a response in trulyform keeps your spreadsheet as it is.
