QR code for Google Forms

Paste the link to your Google Forms, trulyform or any other form and download the QR code. Anyone who points a phone camera at it opens the form straight away, with no address to type.

trulyform uses the link only to draw the code and doesn’t keep it.

In Google Forms, publish the form, click “Share,” then “Copy responder link.” Check “Shorten URL” for a short link, which makes a simpler code.

Good questions

A few things you might wonder.

Still curious? Send us a note or email support@trulyform.com.

Does the QR code expire?

No. The code only holds the link you pasted, and it works as long as that link opens the form.

Does it work with any form?

Yes. It works with any link that starts with https://, from Google Forms, trulyform or anywhere else.

Can I change the link after printing?

No. The link is part of the code’s pattern. If the form’s address changes, make and print a new code.
