Add the details.

Google Forms is free, quick and close to Google Sheets. trulyform is for forms that should look like your business, ask the right follow-up and send answers to more of your tools.

Design that matches your brand.

Start from the Paper, Midnight or Warm theme, then set the background, text and button colors, the typeface and the corner radius. Preview on desktop and phone as you go.

In Google Forms, you send people to a section based on a multiple choice or dropdown answer.

A trulyform logic rule: after the question What are you planning?, when the answer is A wedding, show the question about hours of coverage
