What is trulyform?
trulyform is an online form builder for independent professionals, small businesses and lean teams. Use it for lead capture, quote requests, client intake, surveys and feedback, with your own colors, fonts and logic. The Free plan includes 100 responses a month, and Pro is $12 a month for 2,000. You can edit any template before you sign up, and AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can build and publish forms through trulyform’s MCP server. It’s made in Quebec, Canada.

Is trulyform free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 100 responses a month. Every plan includes templates, questions and logic, your fonts and colors, and a response inbox with CSV export. Pro is $12 a month for 2,000 responses, and Business is $29 a month for 10,000.
Can ChatGPT or Claude build a form in trulyform?
Yes. AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect to trulyform’s MCP server. Once you sign in and approve access, your assistant can create and edit forms, publish them when you ask, and read your responses. MCP is included on the Free plan, though some assistants offer custom connections only on certain plans.
How is trulyform different from Typeform?
trulyform gives you more responses for the price: Pro is $12 a month for 2,000 responses, while Typeform Basic is $39 a month for 100 (Typeform’s prices checked October 26, 2026). Typeform does more in other areas, including payments, Salesforce, team roles and drop-off reports. To switch, paste a public Typeform link and trulyform brings over the questions, choices and images.
Can I really start without an account?
Yes. Choose a template and you’re straight into the real editor. Change questions, try different colors, add logic, and preview your form. Create a free account when you want to save it to your account or publish it.
Will my form be here when I come back?
Your draft saves in the browser you’re using as you edit. Return with the same browser and profile to continue. Browser storage can be cleared, so create an account to keep the form with your other work. A draft saved only in this browser won’t appear on another device.
What happens when I’m ready to publish?
Choose Publish, then sign up with Google or email, or log into your existing account. We’ll keep your edits and bring you back to finish publishing that same form. You’ll receive a link you can share with anyone.
How much can I customize?
Make the questions, choices, order, required fields, colors, fonts, and logic your own, even before signing up. Uploads need an account. Adding your own logo and removing the trulyform badge are Business-only ($29/mo). Free and Pro keep fonts, colors, and themes; the trulyform badge stays until you upgrade.
What counts as a response?
A response counts once its first nonempty answer is saved, even if the person doesn’t finish. If no answer has been counted yet, completing the form counts once. Continuing or completing that same response doesn’t count again. Views and editor previews don’t count. Deleting a response doesn’t restore the allowance.
Can I see unfinished responses?
Pro and Business include viewing and exporting partial responses. On Free, you see completed responses, while your allowance also counts people who started answering and didn’t finish. You can see your current usage in your account.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay the full yearly price up front. Your response allowance resets every month, anchored to the start of your paid year. Unused responses don’t roll over. Switching between monthly and yearly billing takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
What if I reach my response allowance?
People with an already-counted response can still finish. New responses can start collecting answers when your allowance renews or you upgrade for more capacity. We don’t silently charge for extra responses or delete the responses you’ve collected.
