Watch completed responses
Answers, calculations and files,
listed by question.
Your scenario runs
Add a CRM contact, post to chat,
update a database. Your call.
THREE STEPS. NO CODE.
Connect once, automate everything after.
- 1
Publish your form
Build and publish your form in trulyform as usual.
- 2
Add the trigger
Add the trulyform “Watch completed responses” module to a scenario and sign in to trulyform.
- 3
Choose your form
Pick the form, load sample data from its latest responses, and map answers to the next steps.
Built for automations that matter.
Instant, not polled
trulyform pushes each completed response to Make as it happens, so nothing waits for a schedule.
Mappings that last
Answers come by question text and by a stable ID, so renaming a question does not break your scenario.
Visible deliveries
Every delivery appears in the form’s Integrations tab, with automatic retries if Make is briefly unavailable.
A little more detail.
What can the Make app access?
It sees the names of your organization’s forms and receives the completed responses of the forms you choose. It cannot create, edit, publish or delete forms. You approve the connection on a trulyform screen and can disconnect it from the Integrations page at any time.
What data does each response include?
The response and form IDs, the completion time, a link to the response in trulyform, every answer by question text and by stable field ID, calculated values, hidden fields, and file names with a link that opens each file for signed-in members of your organization. File contents are never sent.
Does it send partial or edited responses?
No. Each response triggers your scenario once, when it is completed. If Make is briefly unreachable, trulyform retries with the same response ID so your scenario can recognize a repeat.
Can I use a plain webhook instead?
Yes. Signed webhooks work with any tool that accepts JSON, including Make’s own webhook module. The official app adds sign-in, a form picker and sample data, so there is nothing to copy and paste.
