# trulyform

> trulyform is a form builder. AI assistants create, edit and publish trulyform forms and read their responses through the trulyform MCP server at https://trulyform.com/mcp.

Connect with remote MCP over streamable HTTP. Sign-in uses OAuth with automatic client registration: the person signs in to trulyform in a browser and approves access, so there are no API keys. Connected assistants can read these pages with the read_docs tool, or attach them as the MCP resources trulyform://docs/{page}. Every page is available as HTML at the same address without .md.
